Chip Minnick began his space-making endeavors while studying sculpture at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. After a shift of interest in scale and content, he departed for Boston Architectural Center, executing undergraduate studies at night while working full-time in architectural and interior design practices. He continued his education at Southern California Institute of Architecture, earning a Master of Architecture degree and an AIA Henry Adams Certificate. Upon finishing graduate school, Chip joined Frank O. Gehry and Associates where he worked as a designer on the Ray and Maria Stata Center at MIT. Chip is a licensed architect currently practicing at his Oakland office, F36.
