Welcome to the School of Architecture at the Academy of Art University!

We are excited for you to learn about our rich curriculum and our accomplished faculty who are active practitioners in the field. Our student work exemplifies our focus on design excellence. You can find student projects on the Spring Show website as well as on the architecture department blog.

We are an open enrollment rolling admissions university but uphold high standards for the quality of student projects. Individualized attention in design studio courses makes this possible thanks to low faculty to student ratios. Our average faculty to student ratio in studio courses is 8.
