School of Architecture Faculty Stephanie Davidson’s firm Davidson Rafailidis recognized among the 10 Best Residential Projects of 2018

Graduate School of Architecture’s Faculty member Stephanie Davidson’s work is listed among the 10 Best Residential Projects of 2018 by Azure Magazine. From resplendent single-family houses to imaginative, affordable and sustainable multi-unit dwellings, Azure Magazine selected the top 10 residential projects of 2018. Stephanie Davison and her partner Georg Rafailidis are listed under the category Best Adaptive Re-Use for the project “Big Space, Little Space” by their firm Davidson Rafailidis. Davidson Rafailidis are in good company among a list of illustrious nominees like Bjarke Ingels Group, Rebelo de Andrade, Studio MK27, MVRDV, and Pezo von Ellrichshausen among others. “The fact that they’ve maintained so much of the building’s natural character, makes this a fantastic example of how smart and simple adaptive reuse can be.” This year’s AZ Awards jury agreed.
