Course Learning Outcomes

• Create comprehensive planting plans and plant schedules for specific sites
• Create basic irrigation zone plans / grouping plants by hydrozones
• Recognize and anticipate regulatory constraints and design challenges in creating landscapes for public and private projects
• Identify and create plant palettes in response to site conditions and client requests
• Build upon plant species covered in LAN 180, identifying up to 100 plants, typically found in urban/suburban environments
