Nojan is an Iranian-born architect whose career has spanned multiple continents and design disciplines. He began his architectural studies in 2011 at the University of Liverpool in England, earning a Bachelor of Architecture, before moving to the U.S. to complete his Master of Architecture at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
In 2018, Nojan joined Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) in New York, where he led competition-winning projects and concept-driven designs, guiding them into later phases. His expertise spans complex geometries, emerging technologies, and high-density mixed-use developments, including pioneering 3D-printed residential projects in collaboration with ICON.
Recently, Nojan relocated to Los Angeles to help grow BIG’s new Los Angeles office, bringing his experience in competitions, mixed-use developments, and emerging construction technologies to the firm’s expanding West Coast presence.
