The 2025 SCB Foundation Scholarship application is available for interested applicants now. Established in 2024, the SCB Foundation works to encourage students from wide-ranging socioeconomic and diverse backgrounds in their pursuit of a career in architecture, interior design, and urban planning. The SCB Foundation Scholarship consists of a one-time, non-recurring award of $5,000 and a paid summer internship at an SCB office. We are accepting applications for scholarship candidates now through March 3, 2025.

Timeline

• Interviews with Finalists: March 24-28, 2025
• Scholarship Awardees Notified: April 4, 2025

Scholarship Eligibility

• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate study at an accredited (NAAB, CIDA, PAB) four- or five-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year.
• A member of an underrepresented minority group.
• In need of financial assistance to pursue their studies.
• Able to work legally in the United States and participate in a 3-month, paid summer internship at one of SCB’s offices in Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, or Seattle.
