With a decidedly global influence and working across multiple scales, programs and cultures, P-A-T-T-E-R-N-S completed projects in the US, South America and Asia. Their work was exhibited and published worldwide and is part of the permanent collections of SF MOMA, Chicago Art Institute and Vienna MAK Museum.

Most recently, the office was finalist for the Ordos Prize and the Iakov Chernikov Prize. In 2011, P-A-T-T-E-R-N-S integrated the Emerging Voices Series of the Architectural league of New York, and was the recipient of the Arch is Award by the AIA LA Chapter. In 2013, Marcelo Spina and Georgina Huljich were the recipients of the prestigious United States Artists Fellowship. Their first comprehensive monograph entitled “Embedded” was published last year by ACDCU Beijing.
