Architectural Designer

FMG is seeking an energetic and talented Architectural Designer to join our team. The individual
will need to beflexible and collaborative in a dynamic environment involving multiple stakeholders. FMG is a recognized leader in design and program management for transportation infrastructure and public

Key Responsibilities
•
Visualize and conceptualize client’s needs to create coherent, high quality, innovative, compliant,
and
functional design
•
Handles complex tasks to assure that the design meets client budget, schedule, program, and design
intent
throughout all phases of architectural projects
•
Coordinate the work of subconsultants engaged in conducting research and coordination of materials
and
products for project specifications
• Commitment to maintain project documents with accuracy and quality
• Attend regular meetings with client, contractors, and other stakeholders; maintain
communication with all parties involved in the project during design and construction
• Work and responsibilities will be performed under the direction and guidance from a Project
Architect
• Work as part of a cohesive team in a multi-disciplined environment
• Understanding of current regulatory laws, building codes and compliance
• Detail oriented, well organized, and responsive to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• Licensed or actively pursuing architect licensure
• 5-8 years of architectural experience
• Proficiency in Revit BIM, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office suite
is required
